Sealed Bids will be received, publicly opened and read aloud Tuesday January 25, 2022 at 2:00 PM, Local Time in the Conference Room at the District Facilities Office, 101 10th Street West, Billings, Montana for: West High School Partial Roof Replacement Project: Billings, Montana Bids will be received for a single Contract. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided with the Project Manual. The Project Manual and Contract Drawings may be secured at Cushing Terrell, 13 N 23rd Street, Billings, Montana 59101 or at the Pre-Bid Walk through, upon deposit of $25.00 per set, 100 percent conditionally refunded if returned in re-usable condition. Electronic Project Manual and Contract Drawings will be available starting Friday, January 14, 2022. Hard copy Project Manual and Contract Drawings will be avail-able starting Friday, January 14, 2022. A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Project site Tuesday January 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM, meeting at the main office in the building then moving to the receiving room. It is strongly suggested that Contractors attend the Pre-Bid Conference. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and shall meet the requirements of the State of Montana Prevailing Wage rates. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid until sixty (60) days after receipt of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive all informalities or reject any or all Bids.
