Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bowman, Georgia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of February 21 the project did not received bids.. The Work consists of demolishing a wellhouse, furnishing and installing a new wellhouse, replacing approximately 110 service connections and all related appurtenances. This project is GEFA funded. The Bidders must comply with DBE & EEO requirements; Davis Bacon and Related Acts; Wage Rate Determination; and EPA Consolidated Appropriations Act 2014 that includes an American Iron & Steel requirement. The right is reserved by the Owner to delay the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the bids, during which time bids shall remain open and not subject to withdrawal. The right is also reserved to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities or informalities.
