Rockingham County is seeking a qualified firm to provide engineering design, planning, preparation, and construction phase services for a proposed Indoor Firing Range to be located at 1280 NC Hwy 704, Madison NC (existing site of the Rockingham County Sheriff's Firing Range). Services may include surveying, design, environmental permitting, consultation, meetings & presentations, and construction related services. The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to generally describe the work desired by Rockingham County and to invite qualified persons or firms to submit written descriptions of their qualifications and proposed approach for providing that work.
