Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Madison, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed project includes the construction of a new treatment train at the Town’s water treatment facility. Work will include the addition of a new splitter and mixing box, flocculation basin, settling basin with plate settlers, filter system, pipe gallery, building, site and electrical improvements, and all related services. The project is located within the Town of Madison incorporated limits. The construction shall be performed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and shall produce a complete and working system upon completion. All project related questions and technical inquiries are to be submitted in writing to Bill Lester, Jr. P.E. at bill@lkcengineering.com. The Town of Madison reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
