Remodeling of a fire / police facility in Salem, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the remodel of a fire / police facility.
As of February 15, 222, the project has not awarded due to no bids received but will re bid in the future date. Bids are requested to design, to provide and install remodel two (2) new unisex bathrooms to include two new showers, and to remodel existing dormitory facilities which includes changing the return HVAC. The Village of Salem Lakes reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the Village of Salem Lakes. The purpose of this project is asfollows; The Village of Salem Lakes Fire Rescue isseeking Cost and Qualifications Proposal to design and remodel two unisex bathrooms to include showersin each. The bathrooms are located in the main part of the living quarters in the Fire station #2. The return HVAC for the living quarters also needs to be relocated and dorms to be repaired as needed. The Village of Salem Lakes Fire Rescue seeks a firm to design, and provide appropriate plans to remodel two unisex bathrooms in the main living quarters of the Fire Station #2. The following is a list of estimated tasks associatedwith both bathrooms and the Dorm area, however the design and plansshould be all encompassing and list all material manufacturers/ models and may include tasks and other operations whichmay not be on thislist.
