Lehi City invites interested firms to submit proposal for services to complete design, fabrication, inspection, testing, delivery, and dressing of one 15Kv metal clad switchgear. North Point Substation Switchgear will be located at Lehi City, which is at 4,600 feet above sea level. This purpose of this RFP is to order two (2) lineups of 15kV metal clad indoor switchgear to be installed by manufacturer into a single building. The building will be by manufacturer and come complete with 15kV internal bus duct connecting both lineups, 2 stand alone relaying panels operating external equipment, communications equipment and required ancillary items as listed in these specifications. The switchgear building will be for the "North Point Substation" and will include two (2) separate sections consisting of two (2) main breakers, one (1) tie breaker and eight (8) feeder breakers, these sections will be connected by Manufacturer supplied bus duct within the building. All questions should be received by January 24, 2022 at 5:00 pm. This switchgear is expected to be delivered November 1, 2022. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any formality in the proposals received, to accept or reject any or all of the items in the proposal, and award the contract subject to this RFP, in whole or in part, if it is deemed in the City's best interest. The City reserves the right to negotiate any and all elements of the proposals if any such action is deemed in the best interest of the city.
