The school has aging equipment and requires an upgrade and replacement of the existing system. Pursuant to State of Utah Code 63G-6a-504 bid security requirements, bid security in the amount equal to at least 5% of the bid shall be required for all competitive sealed bidding for construction contracts Liquidated damages will be charged at a rate of $350.00 per day on this project All questions must be submitted through SciQuest (U3P) during the Question and Answer period.
