This Request for Proposal (RFP) will assist the Lehi Power Department to select a qualified contractor to enter into a 2-year power excavation contract with an option to extend 1 year The City is seeking proposals to enter into a 2-year power excavation contract with a qualified contractor, with an option to extend 1 year. The contractor is required to submit cost estimates for each project during contract term. Material price change may be no more than 10%. If material price cost change exceeds 10%, documentation from the supplier is required. Contractor must be bonded, licensed, and insured.
