Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Lehi, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade educational facility; and educational facility.
The Utah Valley University Thanksgiving Point Campus is an existing four story office building with underground garage located in Lehi, Utah. Project consists of the remodel of the 1st & 4th floors of the Lehi campus building for UVU. Phase 1: selective demo of interior construction and new construction for new offices & classrooms. Phase 2: Installation of new DIRTT wall systems. Phase 3: Installation of Owners system & office furniture. Scope includes but is not limited to: Selective demolition, polished concrete finishing, metal fabrications, PLAM architectural cabinets, firestopping, joint sealants, acoustical joint sealants, hollow metal frames, flush wood doors, folding doors, door hardware, glazing, mirrors, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, ceramic tile, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient base & accessories, resilient tile flooring, tile carpeting, interior painting, fires extinguishers, residential appliances, projection screens, stone countertops, quartz agglomerate countertops, wet pipe sprinkler systems, plumbing, mechanical, testing & balancing, electrical, and communications.
