The City of Virginia Beach is soliciting statements of interest and qualifications to provide geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, soils & materials testing and underground utilities designation/location to be performed on various City projects. Services will be provided under an annual service contract renewable yearly for up to four years upon agreement of both parties. The contract will require the consulting firm to perform geotechnical engineering, soil borings, soil & materials testing and underground utilities designation/location including field work; engineering and analysis; report preparation; and related tasks; etc. for various City of Virginia Beach projects. A Scope of Services will be prepared, fees negotiated, and an individual work order will be issued for each separate project or task. For additional information, contact Kevin C.
