The Town of Russell invites sealed Bids for the Pine Hill Road Drainage Improvements Project. The Base Bid includes installation of approximately 70 linear feet of 12" and 15" HDPE drainage piping, 1,360 linear feet of 18" HDPE drainage piping, 30 linear feet of 24" HDPE drainage piping, 13 drain structures, 2,680 linear feet of curbing, and approximately 3,590 square yards of roadway reconstruction as well as other associated work. Alternate 1 includes installation of approximately 20 linear feet of 12" and 15" HDPE drainage piping, 240 linear feet of 18" HDPE drainage piping, 2 catch basins, 460 linear feet of curbing, and approximately 650 square yards of pavement reconstruction. This project is being administered by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission (PVPC) and funded by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development, FY2019 Russell Community Development Block Grant Program. The estimated total project costs for the Base Bid plus Alternate 1 is $672,000.
