The project consists of construction of a pavilion classroom area and kitchen building with attached storage area. The project also includes clearing of trees on site, landscape, and connection of the new building to existing systems in the main campus building. Construction of a new 1,073 square foot free-standing outdoor pavilion classroom with adjacent enclosed building for a 358 square foot demonstration commercial kitchen and 92 square foot storage area. The project includes cast in place concrete foundations and piers, timber log columns, glu-lam trusses, metal stud frame structure, standing seam metal roofing, exterior metal wall panels, hollow metal doors and hardware, overhead coiling door, interior finishes, kitchen equipment, mechanical / electrical / data systems, associated site work and utilities.
