Site work for a water / sewer project in Cloquet, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The major quantities of work to be included in this project are approximately 4100 LF of 8" HDPE directionally drilled watermain, 400 LF 12" HDPE casing directionally drilled interstate highway crossing, 2 EA 12 x 8 wet taps, restoration, traffic control along with other ancillary items. Electronic Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond in an amount which is at least equal to 5% of the total bid, and may be submitted electronically using Surety 2000 or Surety Wave, or as a hard copy by mail or other delivery method, either as a corporate surety bond or a certified check made payable to the City of Cloquet. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Cloquet.
