This project consists of replacing the carpeted and other flooring in the project area with terrazzo flooring, refinishing/refurbishing wall/trim/ceiling surfaces, adding acoustic-dampening panels/ceiling tile, refurbishing the bench seating area, updating audio/video controls, updating lighting system and controls, and enclosing the food services area with walls and doors.
