STARTING DATE: between May 6th and September 15th, 2024 FINAL COMPLETION DATE: 30 Calendar Days The major quantities of work to be included in this project are approximately 25 EACH of Lighting Units, 510 LIN. FT. of Conduit, 17,200 Lin. Ft. of Underground Wire, 1150 SQ FT of Remove and Replace Concrete Walk, 300 SQ FT of Remove and Replace Bituminous Pavement, along with other ancillary items. This agreement is for services related to a project that is NOT subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act ("IIJA'), Pub. L. 177-58. Electronic Bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond in an amount which is at least equal to 5% of the total bid, and may be submitted electronically or as a hard copy by mail or other delivery method, either as a corporate surety bond or a certified check made payable to the City of Cloquet. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Cloquet. The Engineers Estimate for this project is $375,990
