Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Oak Hill, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Contractor shall perform all operations necessary for: clearing and grubbing at the site and burning the cleared and grubbed material to ash and removing all debris, trash, and garbage; construction and installation of support areas and access roads to the site and coordination of work activities with residents and complying with WVDOH rules and regulations; installation of siphon system in existing pond 1 (proposed Limestone Bed 2); installation of Limestone Bed 2; installation of Limestone Bed 3 including synthetic liner; regrading and excavation of the project site as approximated by the lines and grades shown on the Project Plans for constructing and/or upgrading treatment/sedimentation ponds, and the moving of all unsuitable or excess material to a Contractor-locate and/or WVDEP permitted waste disposal area; erosion and sediment control with best management practices to include silt fence, rock check dams, sumps, and rocked culvert outlet protection; revegetation of disturbed areas; installation of security fencing and gating.
