Site work for a civil project in Stony Plain, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and road / highway.
Bridge Replacement and Other Work on Bridge File 70280 located on Range Road 64 (SW 28-50-06-W5M). Bridge File 70280 - Work at this site includes the removal of the existing 21.3 m pony truss and two 6.1 m treated timber approach spans on a treated timber substructure and replacement with a new 27.4 m long industrial style bridge on a steel substructure. Without limiting the provisions of the specifications of the Contract, the scope of work at this site shall include but is not limited to the following: Mobilization Traffic Accommodation for bridge construction Removal and disposal of the existing structure Headslope preparation and backfill Supply and drive steel pipe piling Abutment and wingwall construction Superstructure design, supply, delivery, assembly and erection Supply and installation of precast concrete deck panels Supply and install bridgerail Supply and install guardrail Roadway Work Supply and install heavy rock riprap (Class 1) Supply and install erosion control barrier (silt fence) Supply and install erosion control barrier (straw roll) Supply and installation of erosion control soil covering (Type C) Other work as indicated in the Unit price schedule and special provisions Warranty work for a period of 2 years after construction completion
