Estimated budget for the project $50,000 each projects It is the intent of these specifications to furnish the City of Valdosta with Two (2), brand new, stationary lift station generators with automatic transfer switches. Contractor shall install the two (2) generators at designated locations Location: Dillard's and Food Bank and Lift Stations Questions cut off period is January 31, 2022 at 3:00 PM EST. City of Valdosta reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept the part of the bid considered to be in the best interest of the City. *Be prepared to furnish your own transportation to visit the two sitesas a group after the pre-bid and ride sharing is encouraged. The City will not offer transportation. This will be the time to ask any questions regarding the bid. The purpose for the generators is to provide emergency backup electrical power for lift station operation andradio/RTU communications for the SCADA system. All generator proposals submitted for consideration will be NFPA compliant and adequately sized for each location. The operator interface will afford comprehensive monitoring of the genset. The generator sets and ATS will be covered by a 1-year warranty at minimum.
