Renovation of an educational facility in Windham, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work involves the replacement of the rusted casing panels and fill on three-cell cooling tower Summary of Work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Partial removal and disposal of the existing cooling tower panels and fill. 2. Installation of the new cooling tower panels and fill sheets. 3. Replacement of the cooling tower vibration isolators (Supplemental bid). This bid is restricted to State of Connecticut Registered and Certified Small and Minority Owned Businesses. Questions are due by contractors 1/27/22, 4 pm - email to purchasing@easternct.edu. The successful qualified low bidder on this project must submit an Affirmative Action Plan. The plan must be filed within fifteen days after a bid has been accepted by the awarding agency. The awarding authority reserves the right to waive technical defects or to reject any and all bids.
