The Housing Authority of the City of Willimantic (HACW) is seeking sealed bids for the project entitled PHA-Wide Fire Alarm Panel, Smoke & CO Detection Rebid 5% Bid Security (Over $25K ONLY) and 100% Performance/Payment Bonds (Over $100K ONLY) are required. Bidders will note requirements of minimum wage rates, nondiscrimination/equal opportunity rules (Executive Order 11246) and related provisions in the General Conditions. No bid shall be withdrawn for ninety (90) days. Complete bidding requirements are noted in the Contract Documents. This project is federally assisted.
