LABORATORY ANALYSIS SERVICES FOR DRINKING AND WASTE
WATER AND POOL WATER QUALITY FOR 2022-2023, 2023-2024 AND 2024-2025
WITH OPTION OF EXTENSION FOR 2025-2026 AND 2026-2027 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The City of L'Assomption is requesting bids for laboratory analysis services for drinking and waste water and pool water quality for 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 with a ( 1) extension option for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.
For any information, the tenderer must communicate, in writing only, with André Boisvert, head of the supply division of the City of L'Assomption, by email at the address appeldoffres@ville.lassomption.qc.ca, and this, at least seven (7) days prior to the opening of bids to allow a Project Authority to respond to all inquiries prior to the opening of bids. All requests received after this deadline may not be considered. Responses will be communicated in writing to all bidders. When a response has the effect of modifying the requirements of the estimate, this response must be presented in the form of an addendum. REQUIREMENTS Only bids submitted by a supplier with an establishment in Quebec or having an establishment in a province covered by an intergovernmental contract liberalization agreement applicable to the City will be considered. In addition, the bidder must make sure to file the completed and signed bidder's declaration. Otherwise, the submission will be automatically rejected.
Ville de L'Assomption does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received, nor to incur any costs whatsoever, nor obligation of any kind towards the tenderer(s).
