The City is soliciting sealed bids from qualified masonry contractors for a fixed priced annual contract for masonry services on anAnnual as needed basis for the City of Grapevine Parks and Recreation Department as described in the bid specifications on an as needed basis. The contract shall be for an initial two-year period with options to renew for up to four successive two-year terms by mutual agreement of both parties. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible/responsive bidder meeting or exceeding specifications in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The intent is to award to one vendor as an annual contract but may be awarded to multiple vendors if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The annual contract start date will be sometime after City Council approves the award which will be in March, 2022.
