The project includes interior modernization at Sunset Ridge School, Ocean Shore School, Ingrid B Lacy Middle School, Cabrillo School, Ortega School, and interior modernization, addition, and site work at Vallemar School. The total valuation of the project is approximately 4.8 million. Except for Vallemar D wing addition and site work, all work shall be carried out during after school hours and during school's summer break starting June 13th, 2022, with a substantial completion date of August 16th, 2022
