West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to solicit proposals from qualified firms or individuals ("Proposers") for the following services for the University Inspecting and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems: Conduct annual inspections and testing in accordance with NFPA standards. Inspection and Testing of Sprinkler Systems: Conduct annual and quarterly inspections and testing of sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA standards, including antifreeze testing. Fire Pump Testing: Conduct annual fire pump testing of all fire pumps in accordance with NFPA standards. Backflow Preventor Inspection: All sprinkler system backflow preventors will be inspected on an annual basis Question Submission Close Date 1/26/2022 4:00 PM EST
