For a contract "as-needed" City Engineer (Engineer of Record) from firms with professional qualifications and experience in providing municipal engineering services. Statements of qualifications will be accepted from individuals, firms, or groups of firms who can demonstrate that they have broad experience and the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide a range of engineering services. It is the City's intent to obtain engineering services on an on-call basis to act on behalf of the City of Crestview Hills in engineering-related activities associated with city planning, infrastructure assessment, design, bidding, construction inspection and various maintenance operations. The successful firm will provide a single person who will serve as the City Engineer, Engineer of Record, and primary contact. Other required criteria is listed in the RFQ. The City will evaluate the Statements of Qualifications for engineering services and will select an engineer or engineering firm using the criteria listed in the RFQ. Upon selection of the engineering firm, the City will negotiate a contract with that person or entity. The City of Crestview Hills reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals for any reason. The City is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Minority firms are encouraged to propose. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
