Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Northeastern York County Sewer Authority. Construction Scope o Project 1 - Malvern Dr o Located in Manchester Borough; largest project; includes full run of pipe replacement; a new manhole; several lateral replacements (to ROW line); concrete curb, sidewalk, driveway apron and curb ramp replacement; milling and paving o Homeowner at #13 may need to replace their lateral back to house; on their own cost; would be by others. o Project 2 - Poplar Ln o Located in E. Manchester TWP. Fix pipe issues shown in televising; replace about 90 LF of existing 8-inch main between MH 13 and MH 14. House lateral reconnection (#20); reconnect to MH 13; expect most likely will interfere with slant conc. curb and #20 driveway apron; need to keep sidewalk undisturbed; strongly recommend go visit site; used old plans to develop contract plans; but they do not show exist. surface conditions well o Project 3 - Riverview Dr o Fix pipe sag shown in televising; located in Saginaw Village (E. Manch. TWP) near Gut Rd; replace 44 LF of existing 8-inch main; maybe backflow preventer in vault on house lateral from #1060 (at corner); possibly some storm sewer interference o Project 4 - Riverview Dr (South) o Fix pipe sag shown in televising; located in Saginaw Village (E. Manch. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Bidders should refer to federal and state statutes, rules and regulations dealing with the prevention of environmental pollution and the preservation of public and natural resources pursuant to PA Act No. 1972-247. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Northeastern York County Sewer Authority reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
