Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Asheville, North Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of November 2, 2023, an architect, engineer, and construction manager has been selected. This project is in the pre-construction negotiated phase and design development is underway. It is anticipated that sub-bidding will commence in April-May 2024 with construction starting in Summer 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Buncombe County is seeking candidates interested in designing the replacement of water and sewer piping in the Main Building and HVAC piping in the Arts Building of Asheville High School. Any questions about the submittal process should be directed to the Buncombe County General Services Department via email at generalservices@buncombecounty.org.
