As of November 10, 2022, a designer and general contractor have been selected. Construction is anticipated to start March 1, 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified architects, engineers, or other professional design firms to contract with the City of Orem to design and provide construction documents for the demolition and construction of a new City Hall facility at 56 N. State Street, Orem, UT 84058. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
