Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a 59,000-square-foot municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The required bid bond for this project is 5% Questions from Firms Due 4/5/2022 Anticipated Contract Award May 2022 Questions arising subsequent to the issuance of this RFP shall be submitted in writing through the State of Utah's online procurement portal. Questions and answers will be consolidated and provided to all Firms on record of receiving this RFP. All inquiries must be submitted by the close of business on April 5, 2022. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal in the interest of the City.
