The successful bidder shall furnish a payment bond and a performance bond. The Contractor shall possess a Class A or C-12 license at the time that this contract is awarded. Pursuant to Section 1773 of the California Labor Code, the general prevailing rate of wages in the District has been determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations, and such prevailing rate of wages is listed in the State of California, Business and Transportation Agency, Department of Transportation publication entitled General Prevailing Wage Rates
