Conceptual plans call for site work for a development; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and clubhouse / community center.

The Seminole County Leisure Services Department is a qualified consulting firm to provide a master plan, along with design development work for the Deer Run Community Park. The selected consultant shall provide all of the requested design documents and 100% complete construction documents for the Deer Run Community Park. The project will include, but is not limited to, a site master plan, clubhouse renovation, parking lot and entry drive improvements, maintenance area improvements, pond restoration, the design of an approximately (4) mile long ADA compliant paved trail system, footpaths, trailheads, trail amenities, additional parking areas, restroom buildings, pavilions, boardwalk/pier, landscape improvements and required signage. Due to the magnitude of this project and available funding, the Master Plan Design and added elements will be performed in phases through the issuance of Work Orders under this awarded Master Services Agreement (MSA). Each phase will require in-person public meetings and website development for public input Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) are encouraged to participate in the process.
