Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Approximately 3,400 linear feet of sanitary sewer main rehabilitation using cured in place pipe (CIPP), sanitary sewer lateral rehabilitations, 85 vertical feet of manhole rehabilitations, 11 CIPP sanitary sewer main sectional repairs, 62 new vacuum-inserted clean outs on sewer laterals, mainline and service line video inspections, associated sanitary sewer inspections and testing, bypass pumping, sewer lateral/clean out locates, pavement and landscape restoration and other miscellaneous amenities within the South Shore Basin area in the City of Lake Oswego. COST ESTIMATE: $1M - $1.25M Bidders must submit a Bid Security to the City along with their Bid in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of their Bid. Questions about meaning or intents of the Bid Documents shall be submitted to the Project Manager Stefan Broadus, by email at sbroadus@ci.oswego.or.us no later than 7 days prior to Bid Closing Time. Clarifications to the Bidding Documents will be made by an addenda only. Oral statements may not be relied upon and will not be binding or legally effective.
