Site work and paving for a civil project in Stevenson, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

City of Stevenson (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Main D Extension The Project includes the following Work: The work to be performed consists of furnishing all permits, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the construction of the Main D Extension, including all gravity sewer main and lateral construction, surfacing restoration, and all work incidental to or necessary for satisfactory completion of the work shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Main D Extension, WE#1477A Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $250K. A Bid Bond for this project shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, either in person or mailed to the Stevenson City Hall, 7121 E. Loop Road, Stevenson, WA 98648. Bonds will be accepted up until the hour of 2:00 PM on February 7, 2022 The Project has an expected duration of 50 days. Bid Security shall be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond, or money order made payable to the 'City of Stevenson' in the amount of equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Security deposited by an unsuccessful bidder will be returned as soon as practicable after the bid opening. An informational copy of the contract documents is on file for inspection at the City of Stevenson. The City of Stevenson hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into, pursuant to this advertisement, minority and women's business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to the invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award. This project is funded through the Washington State Department of Ecology Centennial Clean Water Fund (CCWF). All work performed on the project will be subject to all CCWF requirements including Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage Requirements and Washington State prevailing wages. All work on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing state or federal wage rates. The American Iron and Steel provisions also applies to this contract. Instructions to Bidders.
