Site work for a water / sewer project in Stevenson, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
At this phase in the project there are no Specifications or Drawings available per Keith Bloom. The Skamania School District is seeking qualifications of firms to design the repair and/ or replacement Septic system and drain field at the Skamania School, 122 Butler Loop Road, Skamania WA, 98648. The design work will include, but is not limited to, evaluation of current septic and drain field conditions, design of repairs and/or replacement of system on the Skamania School Campus. The selected firm shall create bid documents, provide oversight and construction administration through to completion of the new work. It is intended to construct repairs/replacement in the summer of 2022 to be complete by August 1, 2022. Interested firms must have demonstrated experience in sewer, septic, and drain-field design in Skamania County and/or have worked with Skamania County Health Department and other AHJ. The Skamania School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all SOQs and may select a firm without interview. Skamania School District is an equal opportunity employer. WMBE and disadvantaged businesses are encouraged to submit SOQs for consideration. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
