The City of San Rafael will accept electronic bid submittals for its Albert Park Prefabricated ADA Restroom Building Installation The project includes the site preparation, installation of utilities, flatwork, and miscellaneous site features for the installation of a prefabricated restroom. The contractor will coordinate the installation with the prefabricated restroom manufacturer who will furnish the prefabricated restroom (already purchased by the City). The manufacturer will provide the crane for the installation, but the contractor will be responsible for all other details including traffic control, flagging, and site fixtures.
