Questions Due Date: Mar 3rd 2022, 5:00 PM PST Intent to Bid Due Date: Mar 14th 2022, 2:00 PM PDT SMART is seeking bids from licensed and experienced contractors to perform maintenance and monitoring of an existing riparian enhancement site located at 380 Merrydale Road in San Rafael, CA. The contractor that is awarded the contract shall perform maintenance and monitoring for years 5 through 9 of the required monitoring period identified in the October 2017 Las Gallinas Creek Watershed Riparian Enhancement Plan included as an attachment to this solicitation. The scope of work generally costs of confirming planting success, maintaining and enhancing the mitigation plantings, removal of invasive species, irrigation if needed due to drought conditions, and monitoring to provide the required annual report for SMART's submittal. SMART shall provide copies of applicable environmental permits to the awarded contractor prior to starting work. The Engineer’s Estimate for this project is between $70,000 and $80,000
