Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Frankfort, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The County of Clinton, Indiana is inviting your firm to submit an offer under seal to Owner for limited exterior demolition and construction at the Clinton County Fairgrounds. Grandstand renovation to consist of restoration of the grandstands, new accessible seating area, accessible walkways and ramps, new restrooms, press box and concessions stand. E. The work to be performed and the proposals to be submitted shall include a bid for all general construction, labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes (both federal and state), permits, licenses, insurance, service costs, etc. incidental to and required for this project. F. All materials furnished and labor performed incidental to and required by the proper and satisfactory execution of the contract to be made, shall be furnished and performed in accordance with requirements from the contract documents. The last day for written questions (RFI) will be the 2nd day of February, 2022 with any final addendum to be issued on the 7th day of February, 2022. M. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. N. Bidding General Contractors are to Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided along with one additional copy. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. O. Your offer will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. P. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers.
