The County of Clinton, Indiana is inviting your firm to submit an offer under seal to Owner for limited exterior demolition and construction at the Clinton County Fairgrounds. Grandstand renovation to consist of restoration of the grandstands, new accessible seating area, accessible walkways and ramps, new restrooms, press box and concessions stand. E. The work to be performed and the proposals to be submitted shall include a bid for all general construction, labor, material, tools, equipment, taxes (both federal and state), permits, licenses, insurance, service costs, etc. incidental to and required for this project. F. All materials furnished and labor performed incidental to and required by the proper and satisfactory execution of the contract to be made, shall be furnished and performed in accordance with requirements from the contract documents. The last day for written questions (RFI) will be the 2nd day of February, 2022 with any final addendum to be issued on the 7th day of February, 2022. M. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Amount. N.
