Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Hillsborough, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Additionally, questions submitted by email to Projects@OneShoreline.org with the subject line "Millbrae-Burlingame RFP" by February 4 at 5:00 PM will be answered in a FAQ document posted at OneShoreline.org/document-library by February 9 at 5:00 PM, along with any RFP addenda. Proposals shall be valid for one hundred twenty (120) days after the February 16 response deadline. Interviews of prospective consultants are expected to occur March 3, 4 and 7, 2022, in person at OneShoreline's offices at 1700 South El Camino Real, San Mateo, CA. All tasks described within the enclosed Scope of Work shall be included within a proposal's fee schedule and itemized according to required and optional tasks. This Project will begin with contract execution on approximately March 29, 2022 and work must be completed by January 30, 2026 for a project duration not to exceed 46 months. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
