The Town of Hillsborough ("Town") has prepared this Request for Proposals ("RFP") and is requesting proposals from qualified firms1 ("Proposers") for professional Janitorial Services. The Town of Hillsborough has several buildings that require janitorial services. This includes maintenance for Town Hall, Annex Building, Finance Department, Police Department, Public Works Corporation Yard, and the Police Substation. The buildings have been maintained by contractors over the last several years. The contract with the present provider expires at the end of June. Notification of Intent to Award June 12, 2024 Contract Start Date July 1, 2024 Question Deadline 05/09/2024 at 4:00 PM PT All requests for information and/or clarification must be submitted to John Iaquinto at Jiaquinto@hillsborough.net and Rick Pina at Rpina@hillsborough.net. Clarifications Issued by Town on or before 4 p.m. May 11, 2024. Answers to all questions will be issued to all prospective proposers via e-mail and posted on the Town's website at electronically. The award of this contract is subject to available budget adequate to carry out the provisions of the proposed agreement including the identified scope of services. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals determined not to be in the best interest of the Town.
