This pre-qualification is for Contractors interested in providing the labour, materials and equipment necessary to complete an HVAC cooling upgrade at Woodingford Lodge in Woodstock. Documents can be obtained at: https://oxfordcounty.bidsandtenders.ca Question Deadline: Fri Feb 4, 2022 2:00:00 PM (EST) The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to complete the construction works which will generally consist of, but are not limited to: o Install six roof top condensing units according to the design. o Install 160 VRF ductless split units in each resident room. o Install all piping and electrical components according to the drawings. o Make all necessary modifications to the existing system to successfully incorporate the new cooling components. o Integrate the new equipment into the existing control system o Make all necessary repairs to the existing finishes that result from this installation. o Complete commissioning activities to ensure each unit is operating properly. o Cleanup of the site once work is complete in each room. It should be noted that all personnel entering the building to perform work must meet the Provincial and County COVID-19 vaccine requirements for Long Term Care facilities
