New construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Woodstock, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 451-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.

The City of Woodstock invites qualified contractors to submit a design proposal for the installation of the following building elements noted in the specifications section on Page 11 of the Tender. The intent of this tender is to find a contractor to supply the necessary labour, materials, equipment, and services required to: - Removal of existing granular drainage bed, topsoil, subgrade, and concrete sidewalk as required for installation of the storage building. - Supply and install a 41.8m2 Precast storage building complete with footings and concrete finished floor. - Supply and install concrete sidewalk on the north and east elevations of the building to replace the sidewalk sections removed for installation of the building. -Supply and installation of roofing membrane. Note: Roof membrane will not be supplied by the precast supplier, it is to be supplied and installed by GC or subcontractor. - Supply and installation of lighting, ventilation, and electrical components. - Supply and installation of double hollow metal doors and frame. - Supply and install new pre-finish metal gutter. - Complete the project following the City of Woodstock guidelines. - Complete project in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and regulations, applicable standards, and legal requirements. - Follow the City of Woodstock contractor management program.
