Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Warwick Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The Contract will generally include the overlay of 18 Township roadways (93,260 SY/8,555 TON). This work will also include 794 L.F. of concrete curb replacements, 80 L.F. of asphalt curb replacements, 2,180 S.F. of concrete sidewalk replacements, 75 L.F. of concrete cheek wall, 214 S.F. of truncated dome inserts, 6,060 S.Y. of pavement repair, 175 GAL. of rubberized crack seal, 74,325 S.Y. of full-width mill, 2,225 L.F. of curbline/intersection/driveway mill and 1,495 TON of leveling/scratch course. The Contract will also include the Asphalt Surface Treatment of two roadways (15,110 S.Y.). The Contract will also include 2,610 S.F. of new sidewalk along York Road. This work will also include 85 LF of concrete curb, 148 L.F. of concrete cheek wall, 49 S.F. of truncated dome inserts and all associated work as referenced in Attachment 1 and the "York Road Sidewalk Extension Project" plans. Attachment #1 of PennDOT Proposal and Contract MS-944 (Pages 3, 3A-1 and 3A-2), as well as the "Summary of Estimated Quantities" (Pages 3B-1 - 3B-8), contained in the Proposal and Contract Section of the Contract Documents, provides the quantities for each roadway. The "Instructions to Bidders" Section describes the bidding requirements under this Contract. All work and materials shall be in accordance with PennDOT Standards and Specifications. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 2/3/2022 4:00 PM This project is subject to the terms and conditions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as determined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry and, therefore, must be bid as such. The project is subject to the terms of the Public Works Employment Verification Act (Act 127 of 2012). Completed and signed "Public Works Employment Verification Form" is required as a precondition to the award of the Contract and is to be submitted as part of the submission of the bid.
