This project is to provide a new 12-inch and 15-inch pipe system located at 2214 Walterdale Terrace. All work shall be done in accordance to MSD's Standard Specifications. This Contract is to provide 280 linear feet (LF) of 12-inch pipe, 20 LF of 15-inch pipe, four (4) 18" x 18" catch basins, one (1) trap catch basin installation, concrete driveway replacement, utility cut repair, connection into the existing sewer, wooden fence removal and replacement, tree & brush removal, and final restoration. Pre-Bid Information N/A The Engineer's Construction Cost Estimate for this project is between $30,000.00 and $50,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
