The Trestle Ridge Trunk Sewer Cost Share project will include installation of approximately 1,600 LF of 24-inch sanitary sewer in 2024 and approximately 2,700 LF of 21-inch sanitary sewer in 2025. The Phase 1 trunk sewer will connect at an existing manhole at the northwest corner of Trestle Ridge Estates Plat 6 and continue north under NW 36th Street, terminating just north of NW 36th Street. Phase 2 will start at the north end of the Phase 1 limits to approximately 2,700 feet north of NW 36th Street and 1,400 feet west of NW Irvinedale Drive. The project is included in the City's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 29, 2025, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
