Reference number : 1561819 Review Title : Acquisition and delivery of new containers for recyclable materials (dry materials) for ecocentres Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-02-04 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Regional County Municipality (MRC) of Rivière-du-Loup, with its offices in Rivière-du-Loup, is requesting tenders for the acquisition and delivery of new containers intended for the two ecocentres located on the territory of the MRC of Wolf River. Tenderers may obtain a copy of the quotes and the tender form through the electronic tendering system. Only contractors having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement are authorized to bid. Tenders must be made on the tender form provided with the estimate and must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender, including applicable taxes. This bid guarantee can be in the form of a certified check made out to the order of the MRC de Rivière-du-Loup or in the form of a bid bond issued in favor of the MRC by an insurance company authorized to stand surety. The MRC de Rivière-du-Loup does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. The MRC of Rivière-du-Loup will also not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the bidders as a result of such decisions.
