Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Project generally consists of extending Pearson Drive starting approximately 200 southeast from the Flicker Lane and Pearson Drive Intersection and ending at West Richards Street. The project includes the installation of approximately 2000 L.F. of 8-inch DR18 C900 PVC water pipe, replacement of approximately 1100 L.F. of 15-inch PVC sewer pipe with 21-inch SDR35 PVC sewer pipe, installation of approximately 600 L.F. of RCP storm sewer pipe of various diameters and shapes, installation of approximately 4000 L.F. of new concrete curb, gutter, and sidewalks, and lastly the installation of approximately 2000 L.F. of new asphalt road Est. Completion Date: June 30, 2022
