1. The selected firm will provide professional engineering and surveying services for all assigned work. A professional engineer shall review and stamp all drawings. All services and all planning shall conform to the Rules and Regulations set forth by the State of Wyoming. 2. The selected firm will work closely with the City Administrator, Public Works Department, Community Development Director, Clerk, and Treasurer of the City of Douglas in the completion of this task set. 3. The intent of the proposal is to provide the City with contract City Engineering services as follows: a. Preparation of plans, specifications, contract documents, estimates, reports, inspections, construction supervision, construction surveying and property surveys for all construction, changes and improvements in the physical properties of the city. b. The performance or supervision of the survey of all streets, alleys, avenues, public ways and all other such places as shall be required by the governing body. c. The review of subdivision and development plans, public improvement plans and studies with city staff and developers as part of the development review process.
