As of November 15, 2024, this project has been awarded. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Converse County School District No. 1 Request for Proposals - Architectural / Engineering Services Locker Room Renovation Projects Converse County School District No. 1 (CCSD NO. 1) in Douglas, WY invites architectural firms to submit their qualifications and proposals for professional architectural services, to include professional design and management services associated with multiple locker room renovation projects, at three sites in Douglas. These projects will require design, documentation, cost estimating, scheduling, construction administration and project closeout. The projects will all be designed at once by one AE firm, but bid out and constructed in two separate packages in the summers of 2024 and 2025. CCSD No. 1 reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, including without limitation, if they are, in its sole discretion, judged unacceptable, non-responsive, non-conforming, conditional, to waive any technical or formal defect therein, to accept or reject any part of any submittal, to reject or disapprove of any consulting. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
