Demolition and renovation of an educational facility in Douglas, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of August 16, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work includes, but is not limited to; selective demolition HVAC equipment and associated electrical demolition. The new work consists of HVAC, hydronic piping, boiler work, electrical, roofing systems patching and door and stairs All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Cashier s Check in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the proposal. The successful bidder shall provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond The Owner reserves he privilege of rejecting any or all proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding
