Renovation of an educational facility in Palmer, Alaska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of removing and disposing of existing boiler system and appurtenances, and install new boiler system and related appurtenances located at: Fred and Sara Machetanz Building Mile 2.0 Trunk Road, Palmer, AK 99645 In the event of any violation ofthe requirements setforth in subparagraph a. above,the Contractor and any subcontractorresponsible therefore shall be liable to any affectedemployee for such unpaid wages. In addition, such Contractor and subcontractor shall be liable to theOwnerforliquidated damages. Such liquidateddamages shallbe computedwith respecttoeachindividuallaborerormechanic employedin violation ofthe requirements setforth in subparagraph a. above in the amount of $20 for each calendar day on which such employee was required or permitted to work in excess of eight hours or in excess of the standardworkweek offorty hourswithoutpayment ofthe overtimewages requiredby subparagraph a. above
